Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using labaridata.com or our dashboard (the “Service”), operated by Labari Media (“Labari Data”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Labari Data offers free and paid (“Pro”) plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Paystack for the applicable fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect according to the billing cycle in place at the time of the change. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service in bulk without our prior written consent;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Data and Content
The datasets, reports, and visualizations made available through the Service are provided for informational purposes. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it for decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Labari Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labari Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
