Labari Data (“Labari Data”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of Labari Media. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use labaridata.com and our dashboard (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase) when you create an account.
  • Profile information: optional avatar and any details you choose to add to your profile.
  • Billing information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Paystack. We store your Paystack customer and subscription references, but we never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and recently viewed data portals, collected via cookies and Google Analytics to help us understand how the Service is used.
  • Feedback: anything you submit through our in-app feedback widget.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Create and manage your account and subscription;
  • Process payments and prevent fraud;
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, or product updates;
  • Understand usage trends and improve our data portals.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — currently Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Paystack (payment processing), and Google Analytics (usage analytics) — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions, or where required by law.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your profile information from your dashboard at any time. You can also contact us to request a copy of your data or to have your account permanently deleted.
